get moving!

The last few months have been a doozy. T and I were just getting adjusted to living together and then some work beeswax hit the fan for both of us. Fast forward through several panic attacks (work-related), a lot of packing and moving of stuff (work-related), some serious tests of my patience (also work related), and we're at the beginning of November both working from home in a tiny apartment.

So, living and working together in a small space means we really have to be organized and little stressors can turn into big stressors real quick. We turned a closet into our "office" by installing shelves and keeping all of our work-related supplies in there. This closet is off the dining room, where we work, and allows us to close the door on things work-related when it is quitting time.

So now that we have that settled, we can just relax, right? Well, no. If the calendar is correct there are only a little over 6 weeks until we host Christmas for 8 here, in our tiny apartment.

I'm not stressed. I've done this before and can do it again, but only as long as I have my planning tools available. I've been using these two sites for several years and because of them I'm not feeling stressed about the next 2 months at all.

I am, however, a little anxious about my first session with a personal trainer later this morning. I'll let you know how that goes, assuming I can still lift my arms.
